Adam and his associates recently came and raise my home, His unique and dedicated staff were very easy to deal with. I made several changes as the project progressed but Adam rolled with the punches as they say and did a magnificent job. The end result was just as I had visioned right from the minute Adam set foot on site at the planning stage. We did get 3 quotes and although Adam was not the the cheapest we are certainly glad we engaged his services. Roger came at the end of the job and finished off all final welds as promised and my site was left neat and tidy from rubbish. Adam and his team came in and replaced 15 cracked concrete stumps under my home. I found Adams advice to be honest and reliable. It was reassuring to see the person who was writing my quote to be performing the work and to have it carried out as it was described to me during the quote process. Dealing with re-stumping can be a lot of work. It seems like concrete re-stumping would be especially hard to work with. This is definitely one job that I would not be able to do by myself. It seems like learning how to work with all the different types of stumping would be really difficult and would take a lot of training. Adam’s team of guys completed my project with the greatest of attitudes. It was pleasing that Adam himself was onsite most of the time to take care of the finer details that most tradesman are not concerned with. I would recommend anyone wanting a house raised or re-stumped call Adam.

Just a quick note to let you know how pleased we were with the levelling and restumping job you have recently completed for us in Dorset St, Ashgrove. We were impressed with the timeliness of your service, the no fuss attitude, and the fact that nothing seemed to phase you or your extremely competent and courteous crew – despite the fact that in some areas, the house had to come up 145mm! It was a significant amount of work, but you completed it with aplomb.
You did a great job in our challenging circumstances and very tight timeframe, and were finished up more swiftly than you had indicated, even though the scope of work you completed was greater than you quoted for. You were even careful enough to save the very useful workshop space that we desperately wanted to keep, which the other stumpers had indicated would not be possible. The house (although a long way from being finished) now has great foundations to stand on thanks to you, and thankfully is now nice and level!

I work with a lot of contractors and I am not easily impressed. Adam and his team though did an absolutely amazing job. You listened to our concerns and planned solutions to address them. The crew worked incredibly hard in tight spaces and Roger is nothing short of a magician with his welding. As if to put an exclamation mark on their work, the guys fixed the latch on the door to the underside of the house and cleaned up quite well.
We look forward to the stump grinding and coating and the concreting works around the water tanks.
